Delivery times may vary due to:

Hakata Ramen House is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Order Confirmation

All delivery orders are subject to:

  • Menu availability
  • Payment confirmation
  • Verification of delivery address

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including suspected fraudulent transactions.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information
  • Including apartment numbers, suite numbers, gate codes, or special instructions
  • Being available to receive the order at the time of delivery
  • Providing a valid phone number for contact

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information, refunds may not be issued.

Contactless Delivery

Contactless delivery may be available upon request.

If contactless delivery is selected:

  • The order may be left at the designated location.
  • Responsibility transfers to the customer once the order is marked delivered.

We are not responsible for orders after confirmed delivery.

Alcohol

Hakata Ramen House does not sell or deliver alcoholic beverages.

Alcohol is not available for purchase through our website, for pickup, or for delivery.

We do not accept orders containing alcohol, and delivery personnel will not transport alcoholic beverages on behalf of customers.

Third-Party Delivery Platforms

If you place your order through:

  • DoorDash
  • Uber Eats
  • Other third-party services

Delivery is handled by the third-party provider.

We are not responsible for:

  • Driver conduct
  • Delivery delays
  • Platform service fees
  • Delivery handling after pickup

Refunds or delivery-related complaints must be submitted directly through the third-party platform.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails because:

  • The customer is unavailable
  • Contact cannot be made
  • Incorrect information was provided

The order may be returned or discarded. Refunds may not be issued in these cases.

Pickup Orders

For pickup orders:

  • Customers are responsible for arriving during designated pickup hours.
  • Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may be discarded.
  • Refunds are not guaranteed for unclaimed pickup orders.
